I often find myself thinking the same way as the instant gratification monkey from the video. I sometimes tend to prioritize watching Netflix over important things such as my assignments and thus procrastination occurs. As a result, I do things at the last minute, and that is when the "panic monster" steps in. All of a sudden, there is a seemingly insurmountable workload that I have to tackle, and I begin to feel overwhelmed. Regardless, I do think procrastination is a choice - a hard choice for some nonetheless, but it all boils down to self-will and discipline in the end.
