The probability of choosing a penny in the first draw is:

P(\text{penny)}=(8)/(40)

Now, the probability of choosing a dime is:

P(\text{dime)}=(18)/(39)

Therefore the probabily of chooosing a penny and then a dime is:

P=(8)/(40)\cdot(18)/(39)=(6)/(65)
