First we have to know is that every number raised to zero is equal to one and every number raised to 1 is the same number.

10^0=1
10^1=1

So we solve the fractions.

When we divide by 1 we have the same number

16)

(890.1)/(10^0)=(890.1)/(1)=890.1

When we have numbers divided by 10 we run the decimal point to the left one position

20)

(0.52)/(10^1)=(0.52)/(10)=0.052

24)

(77)/(10^1)=(77)/(10)=7.7
