Describe the role of B cells in the 1st and 2nd immune response

1st and 2nd immune responses differ slightly in the recognition mechanisms, however, the main difference that we can quote is the fact that in the first response memory B cells are created, meanwhile, in the 2nd the memory B cells are the ones that recognize the antigen and express receptors mainly IgG are produced.
