We want to find two points that belong to the line

y+4x=-1

The easiest points to calculate are the intercepts. The x-intercept happens when y = 0, to find the corresponding x-value we just need to evaluate y = 0 on the expression for our line.

0+4x=-1\Rightarrow x=-(1)/(4)=-0.25

The x-intercept is (-0.25, 0).

Analogously, for the y-intercept(that happens at x = 0), we have

y+4\cdot0=-1\Rightarrow y=-1

The y-intercept is (0, -1).

Two points that belongs to this line are (-0.25, 0) and (0, -1).

The graph of this line is
