In order to find if the numbers are equal, let's calculate the value of 2/3 by dividing 2 and 3.

The result is 0.666..., that is, it's not a finite number, the number 6 is a repeating decimal.

If the 0.6 with a bar means the number 6 is repeating infinitely, therefore both numbers are equal.
