We have that density is the ammount of mass in a given space, from that we get:


\rho=(8.8)/(8)\Rightarrow\rho=(11)/(10)\Rightarrow\rho=1.1

Where p is density, we have that the density of the substance is 1.1 gram per cubic centimiter.
