The ratio of Zlegier to Stewart is 4:3

And the ratio of Hansen to Zlegier is 2 : 1

This means that we have to find a common ratio for all three,

Considering the ratio of Hansen to Zlegier when related to the 4 of Zlegier in ratio with 3 Stewart we can conclude that we must multiply the ratio (2:1) by 4 to strike a balance. this means the ratio becomes 4(2:1) =(8:4)

so that the over all ratio is 8 : 4: 3 in the order Hansen : Zlegier :Stewart respectively

Now we find the percentage of Stewart from the 120 votes

This is done by using the formular

\frac{\frac{\text{Ratio of Stewart}}{Total\text{ Ratio}}\text{ }*\text{ Total votes}}{\text{total votes}}*(100)/(1)

The ratio of stewarts = 3

Total ratio = 3+4+8 =15

Total votes =120

undefined

Total ratio = 3
