to simplify when you divide two fractions you can invert the second and multiply, I will use this way for the first part of the equation,so

`(2)/(7)*(14)/(3)+(2)/(3)`

First , do the multiplication

`\begin{gathered} (2*14)/(7*3)+(2)/(3) \\ \\ (28)/(21)+(2)/(3) \end{gathered}`

and now the sum

`\begin{gathered} ((3*28)+(2*21))/(21*3) \\ \\ (84+42)/(63) \\ \\ (126)/(63) \end{gathered}`

simplifying to each side by 63

`(2)/(1)=2`

the solution is 2
