What are the coordinates of the image of point A (3,-1) after a rotation of R270?

Rotation

We know

R₂₇₀ = R₋₉₀

Since the transformation R₋₉₀ is given by

R₋₉₀: (x, y) ⇒ (y, -x)

Then, A (3,-1) ⇒ A'(-1, -3)

Then (-1, -3) are the coordinates of the image of the point A (3,-1) after a rotation of 270°
