Given:

The function is,

h(x)=-(x+3)

The graph of the above function is dilated by x. It is given as,

xh(x)=-x(x+3)

The points on h(x) is (-3,0),(0,-3),(1,-4),(2,-5).

Now, dilate the graph by multiplying x values.

\begin{gathered} xh(x)=-x(x+3) \\ \text{for x=-3} \\ -3h(x)=-3(-3+3)=0 \\ \text{For x=0,} \\ 0h(x)=0 \\ \text{for x=1} \\ h(x)=-1(1+3)=-4 \\ \text{for x=2} \\ 2h(x)=-2(2+3)=-10 \end{gathered}

The graph is given as,
