The ratio of blue triangles to all triangles is:

Blue triangles: 5

All triangles: 5 + 80 = 85

Then, the ratio is as follows:

(5)/(85)=(1)/(17)

We divided the numerator and the denominator by 5, and we ended up with 1/17.

Therefore, in simplified form, the ratio of blue triangles to all triangles is 1/17.
