1) Assuming that these Probabilities refer to mutually exclusive events, i.e. there are no common elements from A and B.

2) We can write out:

P(A or B) = P(AUB)

P(AUB) = P(A) + P(B) Plugging into that the given data:

P(AUB) = 0.65 + 0.25

P(AUB) = 0.9

3) Hence, the answer is 0.9
