We will have the following:

First, we can see that the following points belong to the line:

\begin{gathered} (0,4) \\ \\ and \\ \\ (2,0) \end{gathered}

Now, we replace in the general equation of the line, that is:

\begin{gathered} y-4=((0-4)/(2-0))(x-0)\Rightarrow y-4=-2x \\ \\ \Rightarrow y=-2x+4 \end{gathered}

So, the equation will be:

y=-2x+4
