Given two points of a line (x₁, y₁) and (x₂, y₂), the slope m of the line can be calculated using the equation:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

There are several options in the table. We choose the first and the last tabulated values to be our points of interest:

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(0,3) \\ (x_2,y_2)=(6,6) \end{gathered}

Then, using the equation of the slope:

\begin{gathered} m=(6-3)/(6-0)=(3)/(6) \\ \therefore m=(1)/(2) \end{gathered}
