\begin{gathered} \text{Type I }protein\text{ =45\%} \\ \text{Type II protein =15\%} \\ High\text{ grade protein = 35\%} \\ \end{gathered}

Let X pound be the Ist product.

And (1800-x )pound be the 2nd product.

\begin{gathered} 45x+15(1800-x)=35*1800 \\ 45x+27000-15x=63,000 \\ 30x=36,000 \\ x=1,200 \end{gathered}

x=1,200 pounds for type I.

600 pounds for type II.
