Do what the question says and use the two orange points to figure out the slope of the line. We see that the orange parts are
(x_1,y_1)\rightarrow(0,6) and
(x_2,y_2)\rightarrow(9,1).


Slope=m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)=(1-6)/(9-0)=(-5)/(9)=-(5)/(9)

Since
(0,6) is a point on the line of best fit, this means our y-intercept is b=6, making the final equation
y=-(5)/(9)x+6
