2x - 3y = -6

Solve for y:

-3y= -6-2x

y= (-2x-6) /-3

y= 2/3x+2

Slope intercept form:

y= mx+b

Where:

m= slope (2/3)

b= y-intercept (2)

So, to graph the function, we have to draw a line that crosses the y axis at 2, and for every 3 units moved to the right along the x-axis it goes up 2 units along the y-axis.
