The measure of edge of the cube is 4 cm.

The total number of cubes are 5.

Required

The volume of the soid.

The volume of the solid is calculated as,


volume\text{ = side}* side* side

Substituting the values then,


\begin{gathered} Volume\text{ =4}*4*4 \\ =64\text{ cm}^3 \end{gathered}

The volume of the solid is,


\begin{gathered} Volume=5*64 \\ =320\text{ cm}^3 \end{gathered}

Hence, the volume of the solid is 320 cm^3.
