Proportional relationships have this form:

y=kx

Where "k" is the Constant of proportionality.

You know that "d" is the number of dresses and "h" the numbers of hours. So for this case the equation will have this form:

d=kh

You know that Nina can stitch 2/3 of a dress in 4 hours, then:

\begin{gathered} d=(2)/(3) \\ h=4 \end{gathered}

Substitute these values into the equation and solve for "k":

\begin{gathered} (2)/(3)=k(4) \\ (2)/(3\cdot4)=k \\ k=(1)/(6) \end{gathered}

Substituting this value into the equation, you get that the equation that represents this proportional relationship is:

d=(1)/(6)h

The answer is the Third option.
