A function can be defined as a relation from a set of inputs to a set of possible outputs where each input is related to exactly one output. This means that the first value of any order pair is a set of order pairs can't be the same for two different points; with this in mind we conclude that the only point that can be included to the set given to form a function is the pair (3,9)
