The relative frequency of an event is the quotient of the division between the event and the total number of the sample

From the given table

Add the numbers of males to find their total


48+15+46+15+44=168

Then add the numbers of females and males to find the total of the sample


168+46+23+50+18+37=342

Now, divide the number of males by the total to find the relative frequency
