If a,b,c are the sides of a triangle the its perimeter is given by

\text{Perimeter}=a+b+c

Given data:

It is given that the perimeter ofn triangle is 56 feet.

Now let second side be x

Then first side will be =3x

Third side will be=x+11

Now since perimeter of triangle is 56 feet. So we have

\begin{gathered} x+3x+x+11=56 \\ 5x=56-11 \\ 5x=45 \\ x=9 \end{gathered}

So lenght os second side is x=9

Lenght of first side will be =3x=3(9)=27

Lenght of third side will be= x+11=9+11=20

So sides of triangle are 27, 9, 20.
