To find the angle DSE, based on the information given, you have to substract the angles ASB, BSC and CSD, to the total angle ASE

ASE = ASB + BSC + CSD + DSE

168 = 13 + 85 + 46 + DSE

168 - 13 - 85 - 46 = DSE = 24

The answer is 24
