The given expression is

x-3y

Where x = -4/5, and y = 3/4.

Replacing the given values, we have

x-3y=-(4)/(5)-3\cdot(3)/(4)=-(4)/(5)-(9)/(4)

Now, we sum fractions

-(4)/(5)-(9)/(4)=(-4\cdot4-9\cdot5)/(20)=(-16-45)/(20)=(-61)/(20)

Therefore, the simplest form is -61/20.
