The midpoint is given by:

\begin{gathered} Mp=(xp,yp) \\ where \\ xp=(x1+x2)/(2) \\ yp=(y1+y2)/(2) \end{gathered}

let:

\begin{gathered} (x1,y1)=(6,-7) \\ (x2,y2)=(10,3) \end{gathered}

so:

\begin{gathered} xp=(6+10)/(2)=(16)/(2)=8 \\ yp=(-7+3)/(2)=-(4)/(2)=-2 \end{gathered}

Therefore:

Mp=(8,-2)
