Answer:

6 is the Value of the Expression.

Explanation:

4 a⁴ - 2 b² + 40 :

4 * ( 2⁴) - 2 * ( 7²) + 40 =

4 * 16 - 2 * 49 + 40 =

64 - 98 + 40 =

-34 + 40 =

+ 6
