Looking at the graphs, we can see that the red graph is the blue graph translated 2 units up.

In order to calculate the new function G(x), we can just add 2 units to the function F(x).

So we have:


\begin{gathered} F(x)=3-x^4_{} \\ G(x)=F(x)+2 \\ G(x)=3-x^4+2 \\ G(x)=5-x^4 \end{gathered}

So the function G(x) is 5 - x^4.
