Put this equation of a line in slope intercept form and state the new equation,slope, and y-intercept 12x+4y=16

we have the following:


\begin{gathered} 12x+4y=16​ \\ \end{gathered}

slope intercept form is:


y=mx+b

therefore,


\begin{gathered} (12)/(4)x+(4)/(4)y=(16)/(4)​ \\ 3x+y=4 \\ y=-3x+4 \end{gathered}

slope (m)= -3

y-intercept (b) = 4
