The total of students in the class is 35, 13 of them are men then

35 - 13 = 22, 22 of the students are not men.

To write it in fraction you have to divide the number of students that are not men by the total of students in the class.

(22)/(35)

And you have the fraction of students that are not male.

You can express the fraction as a decimal number

(22)/(35)=\text{ 0.628}

Or as percentage 0.328*100= 62.8%
