We are given that a previous order of 4550 kilograms is now 34% less. To determine the new quantity we will get the 34% of 4550. To do that let's remember that when we want to get the x% of a number "n" then we use the following relationship:

x*(n)/(100)

Substituting the values we get:

4550*(34)/(100)

Solving the operations we get:

4550*(34)/(100)=1547

Now we subtract this quantity from the original value, we get:

4550-1547=3003

Therefore, the new order is 3003 kilograms.
