So,

According to the properties of parallelogram,

The opposite side are congruent.

Then,

Perimeter of the parallelogram is,

Perimeter= sum of all side

Now, area of the parallelogram,

The area of the parallelogram is,

Here, height is 9 km and width is 18.5 km
