To answer the measures of each angle, it is important to know that "Vertical Angles are always congruent to each other."

In the figure, Angle 3 and Angle 1 are vertical angles as well as Angle 2 and Angle 4.

If the measure of Angle 3 is 103 degrees, then the measure of Angle 1 must be 103 degrees too.

In addition, we can see in the figure that Angle 3 and Angle 2 combined form a straight angle, and straight angles measures 180 degrees.

So, if the measure of Angle 3 is 103 degrees then, the measure of Angle 2 is 180 - 103 = 77 degrees.

Since Angle 2 and Angle 4 are vertical angles, and the measure of Angle 2 is 77 degrees, then the measure of Angle 4 is also 77 degrees.

To summarize:

measure of Angle 1 = 103 degrees

measure of Angle 2 = 77 degrees

measure of Angle 4 = 77 degrees.
