In RNA base pairing, guanine bonds with cytosine and adenine bonds with uracil. Cytosine always bonds with guanine. RNA is considered as a second nucleic acid in cells. This bond will produce a double helix which is a spiral around each other composed of two strands.

Answer - a. Cytosine (C)
