Given:

The height of the recatngle is,

h=3b^2

The width of the rectnagle is,

w=4b^4+2b-6

Now, the area of the rectangle can be calculated as,

\begin{gathered} A=wh \\ =(4b^4+2b-6)(3b^2) \\ =4b^4*3b^2+2b*3b^2-6*3b^2 \\ =12b^(4+2)+6b^(1+2)-18b^2 \\ =12b^6+6b^3-18b^2 \end{gathered}

So, the polynomial representing the area of the rectangle is,

12b^6+6b^3-18b^2
