length *width = 28

l*(l-3) = 28

l*l - l*3 = 28

l² - 3l - 28 =0

l² - 7l + 4l - 28 = 0

l(l - 7) + 4(l - 7) = 0

l -7 = 0 {Ignore l + 4 = 0 as , it gives a negative value}
