For this case we can do the following:

We can find the value of s on this way:


s=\sqrt[]{6^2+4^2}=\sqrt[]{52}=7.21

And solving for r we got:


r=\sqrt[]{6^2+3^2}=\sqrt[]{45}=6.71

Then the answer for this case would be:


\sqrt[]{52}=7.21
