Answer: Get to a copy of your lessons. Read over them 5 times word for word. Ask yourself questions based on your lesson. Take a 3 hour break. Come back and ask yourself the same questions without the answers. If you get them wrong - repeat.

Rely on discipline rather than motivation. Learn for around 40-50 minutes, then take a break and just lay around for 10 minutes, just close your eyes and let your mind stroll around, after 10 minutes you learn again for 50 minutes and so on... The most important is that you should not be distracted while and after learning eg. using your phone will hamper your learn effect.
