We have a equation of a line in the form:


-3x-6y=0

This goes through the point (0,0).

With another point, we can graph the line.

For example, for x=2, we have:


\begin{gathered} -3(2)-6y=0 \\ -6-6y=0 \\ -6y=6 \\ y=-1 \end{gathered}

So the point (2,-1) belongs to the line.
