According to the mid-point theoram,

The segment that connects the mid-point of two sides, is parallel to the third side of that triangle.

Thus,

KL||GH and ∠KLF = ∠GHL

As both of these angles are corresponding angles.

So we can say that m∠H = 85 degrees.
