The function given is

f(x)=4x

We are to find the inverse of the function

let f(x) =y

y=4x

Then, we make x the subject of the formula from here

\begin{gathered} y=4x \\ x=(y)/(4) \\ x=(1)/(4)y \end{gathered}

Then The inverse of the function becomes

f(x)=(1)/(4)x

Therefore the fourth option is correct
