Solution

We have the following function given:

f(x) = -3x+5

And we need to do the following:

5= -3x+5

And if we subtract 5 in both sides we got:

0 =-3x

Dividing both sides by -3 we got:


(0)/(-3)=(-3x)/(-3)

And finally we got:

x= 0

17) f(-2)= 3

18) f(0)= 3

19) f(1)= 0

20) f(-1)= 5.2
