A=p\cdot h+2b

Where p, is the perimeter is the base and h is the height, while b is the area of the base, we replace and calculate the area like this:


\begin{gathered} p=4+4+5=13 \\ A=13\cdot9.5+2\cdot7.75 \\ A=123.5+15.5 \\ A=139 \end{gathered}

The area is 139 square yards
