To find the slope of a line use two points (x,y) in the next formula:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

In the given line you have the points: (-4, -9) and (-2, -3)

m=(-3-(-9))/(-2-(-4))=(-3+9)/(-2+4)=(6)/(2)=3

Then, the slope of the given line is 3
