Given :

The perimeter of a triangle is, P = 14x - 4.

The sides are, a = 3x-2 and b = 5x + 3.

The perimeter of a triangle with sides a, b and c can be expressed as,

P=a+b+c

Substituting the values, we get,

\begin{gathered} 14x-4=3x-2+5x+3-c \\ c=14x-4-(3x-2+5x+3) \\ c=6x-5 \end{gathered}

Thus, the correct option d.
