By following Daltons laws of partial pressure .

" the pressure that eachgaswould have exerted ,Add up to the total pressure" .

• Therefore :

• Total Pressure = P.Pressure (oxygen) + P.Pressure of (He)

15 atm = 6atm + Pressure of He

P.Pressure ofHe = 15atm-6atm

= 9 atm

This means that the partial pressure of He = 9atm +
