Given that 2 of the angles are congruent, we can conclude that the others angles are congruent too, because the sum of inner angles of a triangle is equal to 180. So the additional information we need is


\angle B\cong\angle E

And having that we could use AAA criteria. Also we could need AC = DF and use ASA criteria.
