Ok, since we know that the area of a rectangle is given by the product of the width times the length, and the area is given to us by the function 3x^2+4x, we then factor the function of area:


3x^2+4x=x(3x+4)

By the previous definition, we will have that the lenght of the garden will be 3x+4 and the widht of the garden will be x.
