The equation of line passing through two points (x_1,y_1) and (x_2,y_2) is,

y-y_1=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)(x-x_1)

Substitute the points in the equation to obtain the equation of line.

\begin{gathered} y-3=(-7-3)/(3-(-3))(x-(-3)) \\ y-3=(-10)/(6)(x+6) \\ 3(y-3)=-5(x+6) \\ 3y-9+5x+30=0 \\ 3y+5x+21=0 \end{gathered}

So equation of line is 3y+5x+21=0.
