Answer : x = 30 degrees

< JKL and < MKQ are complementary

Let < MKQ = x

Angle JKL is twice the measure of angle MKQ

JKL = 2 x MKQ

Sum of a complementary angles = 90 degrees

< JKL + < MKQ = 90

< JKL = 2MKQ

Substitute the value of < jkl

2(<2MKQ + Since, Therefore,

2x + x = 90

3x = 90

Divide both sides by 3

3x / 3 = 90/3

x = 30 degrees
